Description of Tool or App


Zoom Cloud HD is a free application and HD meeting service. The user can log in with a work email, Gmail, or Facebook ID. The host can set up the meeting by clicking on “Host a meeting” And invite up to 25 people to join the meeting. This tool can be used on Mac, Windows, iOs, and Android. Meetings can be scheduled or started instantly.

How To Use Tool or App


Step 1- Sign up for Zoom Cloud HD

From a Mac or PC:
https://zoom.us/meeting
  • Sign up (you must have an email account or facebook account)
  • A confirmation will be sent to your email address.
  • Open the email confirmation and click the link to activate the account.
  • Create a password.

From a mobile device:
  • Download the app from the iTunes store or download for android.
  • Log in with email address or facebook account.

Step 2-Host a Meeting
From a computer or mobile device:
  • Click the "Host a Meeting" button.
  • The user can choose between hosting the meeting now and hosting at a later date.
  • The person who is invited to the meeting will accept the meeting by following a link in the email.

Step 3-Share Documents
  • From a computer, click screen share and retrieve documents from your computer.
  • From a mobile device, click share screen. The mobile device allows you to share dropbox documents, photos, and websites.

Step 4-End the Meeting
  • From a computer, click end.
  • From a mobile device, click leave meeting.
